(2007) How about a rental home in France for the holidays? In this site, a simple calender was published in HTML to enable a quick view on the availability. The calendar is managed in Excel and can be published directly.

(2008) A site which had grown too large was split into a template and simple manageble content files. One file contains the menu structure, small-and-simple HTML files contain the page content without bothering the layout. After that, getting it up to standards (XHTML and CSS) was easy.
